Harvard Kennedy School’s Arts and Culture Caucus (ACC) aims to explore the role of arts in public life through events with policy experts and artists working on civic issues, outings to arts and culture programs in Greater Boston, and community building arts activities at HKS.

The Caucus launched with a 4-part series -- arts@HKS -- in the spring of 2018 to explore the role of arts and culture in the public sphere. This was an opportunity to bring this important subject into the Harvard Kennedy School where the arts are too often overlooked by those studying to be the future's policy-makers and nonprofit organization leaders. The invited panelists were incredible artists and leaders from academia, nonprofits and government institutions. The 2018  series was co-organized by Bryna Pascoe (MPA '18 and Chair of the ACC) and Anmol Mehra (MPA '18) with tremendous help from the caucus, HKS administration and faculty.

Current ACC student leaders include:

Eva Heinstein, Co-Chair, MC/MPA '20

Jie Chen, Co-Chair, MC/MPA '19

Brittany Janis, Communications Officer, MC/MPA '19

Eva Rosenberg, Finance Officer, MC/MPA '20
